The Ballarat Foundation held their Grant Presentions at the Ballarat East Community Men's Shed on the 6th of December 2011. The President of the Ballarat Foundation James Coghlan presented a number of cheques to different community based organisations including $4000 to BECS for refurbishment of our toilet block.
